6.1 Product Warranty • 3-Year Full Warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures • 5-Year Service Warranty for technical support and maintenance • Warranty is valid from the date of installation or delivery • Warranty covers parts, labor, and service calls

6.2 Warranty Limitations • Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear • Software issues not related to hardware are covered for 1 year • Physical damage, liquid spills, or unauthorized modifications void warranty • Customer misuse or neglect voids warranty coverage
